I asked God for happiness and love,
but he said,I do this now while you pray,
I asked God to spare me pain,
But he said,No,Suffering draws you closer to me every day,
I asked God for forgiveness,
He said this I can do,
For that makes me proud of you!
We ask God for so many things,
If only we would know,
That the answers we are looking for,
Are there,but dont always show.

I asked God to take my bad habit away,
But he said,I cant thats something you need to give up on your own,
I asked God to give me the strength,
