With the blink of an eye,
it shattered beyond repair,
as i started to cry.
Alone,
by myself,
and hurting beyond thought,
I looked up to my shelf,
it was for the blade i sought.
I couldn't find it,
as the hurt burrowed deeper.
When i found it i knew what i was to do.
Grab the blade and slice the skin,
easily the blood ran through,
escaping it dripped,
and then soaked into the floor.
My hurt was draining,
I was to live no more.
I checked the time,
and took one last look at him.
That (explicit word) he hurt me,
now forever he will pay.
Living with guilt,
and hurting severe
never again,
my voice will he hear.
Next time he will think,
but a life shouldnt have been taken,

My heart fell into pieces.

i love this one sweety!!!....made me start to cry..lol....the emotion and feelings that come through this poem is so overwhelming. i know what it feels like to sometimes wonder what it would be like to kill urself just to think of what they would be going through and the guilt they would feel.....luv u huni
