Array ( [sid] => 68629 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Jessica [time] => 2004-10-24 02:30:53 [hometext] => a poetry for children... Jessica a young girl who's scared of midnight... read and enjoy! [bodytext] => Jessica got up from her bed one windy midnight
she got up because she had a scary dream
She looked out through her curtain to find the midnight
light
Raining down her backyard like raining cream
She looked beside the light -
glowing so bright
in white,
there stood a moving figure she couldn't figure out
she became scared without a doubt
She knows it had claws, lots of them
thin and pointed sharp edge (s)
And its got no leg (s)
Besides, there was a terrible gush of wind
outside her window, Jessica gave a grin
Jessica became terribly scared
as she quickly ran back to her bed
She picked up her cold blanket and hid under it
She held on tight to her pillow - as tight as shoe lace
A strand of her hair could show a bit
She needed to sleep, to go back to bed
At first, she wasn't even able to close an eye
She was dead
scared!
She wanted morning light,
and bye to midnight
Slowly and slowly she dozed off
on her rough (bed)
In the morning, she made her corrections
The midnight image,
was just the wind blowing off the bushes
