I thought I knew you
Certain you had nothing to hide
But I know there’s a part of you
Hidden deep beneath your pride

Why can’t you notice me?
I know I’m just another name
Your head’s filled with thoughts of others
You think it’s all just a game

I knew I loved you from the start
From the others I set you apart
But I know I’m leavin’ with a broken heart….

Cos you’re a stranger
It’s just my misconception
I’ll head in a new direction…
Soon

I’m gonna run from this frustration
We just wanted this attention
And I’ll move on
Soon…

I didn’t mean to fall for a stranger
Just a stranger

I try to close my ears from the thought
Haunted by your beautiful eyes
There’s something bout you
I don’t wanna let go…
But I can’t believe your lies

Cos you’re a stranger
It’s just my misconception
I’ll head in a new direction…
Soon

I’m gonna run from this frustration
We just wanted this attention
And I’ll move on
Soon…

I didn’t mean to fall for a stranger
Just a stranger…yeah

I was fooled by your sweet talk
I fell for your charm
I never knew love at all
So why can’t I leave you?
Forget you
Drop you
Cos you’re just a stranger…

It’s my misconception
I’m heading for a new direction …
Soon, oh soon

I’m running from this frustration
We just wanted this attention
I’ll move on

I fell for a stranger…
Just a stranger
