Of our victimized thoughts profusely
To cause this pestilence and the sorrow
War is futile, this disease is deadly
Let it take your mind and end this in blood

Nightmares of the night are after your souls
The claim false status as a condition
They are here to consume your feelings whole
In a forged counterfeit reproduction
Of something we just theorize to be true

All we are is butterflies without wings
Weak and waiting for the faces of death
To smile down upon us while angels sing
While evil embezzles our final breath
Know this, darkness always falls upon us

Everything we know to be true is fictitious
The sickness inside of us is growing older
We fear death for it is far beyond the unknown

Yet life hurts far too much, for they devour us
And sometimes, death is all one can really hope for
Malus Peior Pessimum is what we have here

And in life we pray to our false idols for death

Only in death are we free from the sickness

Hello Alex it seems such a long time since i've read your work.

I was and am quite impressed with your mind and imagination.

Yes this is dark but it kept me interesting from beginning to end.

Well done.

Kie
