how much have i lived,
what more could i give,
to deserve this life,
i never was a wife,
i never was a mother,
i never loved any other,
i have had joy,i have felt pain,
i have felt the sun in my eyes,the wind and the rain,
i have traveled the land,holding your hand,
i have smoked my pot in high demand,
indeed i can say my life has been grand,
but it is not yet fufilled,ihope my soul is not killed,
i have so many dreams that would be lost wishes,
you have more memories of me doing the dishes,
im not dwelling on death,
notwhile i have breathe,
beacause i don't want to miss out on what life's all about,
i wont scream and shout,
to let feelings out,
i dont have a doubt in my mind,
that peace i can find,
if tomorrow never comes,
just know how much i loved someone,i have lived and experienced true love.

if tomorrow never comes,
how much have i lived,
what more could i give,
to deserve this life,
i never was a wife,
i never was a mother,
i never loved any other,
i have had joy,i have felt pain,
i have felt the sun in my eyes,the wind and the rain,

touching write I much enjoyed this I also get upset with the suicide stuff and the stigma it leaves behind when carried through not fair.

I tried to commit suicide..it wasn't for attention. I sliced an artery..not my fault I lived. Sorry. The thing about those who are needing attention is that the attempt may just work..and for some reason they aren't getting enough..Glad people like you are though. I do get enough. My life is jam packed. I get too much. It's just too painful Why can't people understand???? Once the artery in one arm was cut, I couldn't manage the other..I sliced vertically, too. Did every thing right but they broke the door down..when the tub over-flowed. Live and Learn. Some times it takes a time or two to get things right. Comments like yours make me determined. Thanks.

Not sure if I understand your comment-I DON'T FEEL SORRY FOR PEOPLE WHO SCREAM FOR ATTENTION WITH SUICIDE THREATS THAT AREN'T CARRIED OUT. As a nurse who during my 23 years of nursing have taken care of a few attempted suicides. I'm glad they weren't carried out and those folks who needed attention got it. Just wish they'd have got the attention before they did try to harm themselves. Cries for help should never be ignored. Suicide threats and suicide attempts should always be treated seriously and compassionately. Much peace.
