[title] => The Story Of A Boy
[time] => 2004-07-19 12:53:38
[hometext] => Something I wrote when I was bored, just so you all know I'm over the girl in all my previous poems. I decided that I shouldn't be determining who I truly want to spend the rest of my life with at such a young age. I mean I'm only fourteen.
[bodytext] => Once upon a time, In a world so sublime, Stood a boy, clad in sorrow, Always dreaming of tomorrow. Day by day his heart would give way, To the poison, hate, and despair of today. Given away to his heroic form, Was a sword that only he could conform, To the shape of his only one love, Or even to the symbol of a little white dove. Taking the effort of a god, He formed a mountain to a clod. Even with all this power, His mouth was still sour, With the death of his mother, And also of his father. Taking the story, To a night also stormy, We find our hero dead, Face filled with dread, As he lay next to his sister, Who was also dead, expression still sinister. This is the story of a boy, Once heroic and full of joy, Now dead and ashamed, By the demons who thought it a game.
