When it comes to you,you sons got a lot to tell,
You left this world, when he was only eight,
The cancer took over, than it was too late,
I just want you to know, that I married your son,
you did'nt raise him,but you would be proud of what he's done,
He talks about you, and how he remembers it all,
him hideing under your bed because he was so small,
Not being able to visit you, nurses telling him so,
But he hid from them, and they'd never know,
Untill your last breath he was at your side,
An eight year old boy,who was told his mother had died,
This boy who was once your son,is the man I'm married to,
I would have been your daughter in law,but I never met you,
I wish we could have met, even for one day,
There is so much I would want to say,
two granchildren, that know who you are,
they look to the sky,at that one single star,
So even though we never met,we love you any way,
and I know we will meet in heaven some day!
