we all ask ourselves what shall happen next?
And it is only possible
To see this
Through cloudy eyes

i know of all of these men
shall come the greatest
who will answer the question
and forever break our limits

He will be robed
His eyes like a storm

it is he that shall deliver pleasure
and it is he
that shall decide pain

though he shall speak
with a tongue of great hate
and of a mind tormented
not only of the past
but of what to come

It is through his cloudy eyes
That we see the love
Man can create

through the windows
of the soul
and through
the roads of time
he will see all

and threw the years
he will not notice
the age and decay around him
for he has seen it
from birth
till death

it is the man
that knows all
and sees all
that has no balance
and it is but
a full man
to know both pain and pleasure

glorified is the man
that has no soul
for he is god

Intriguing, sounds a bit Biblical if not proverbial. My favorite part:"it is the man
that knows all
and sees all
that has no balance"
I'd never thought of that, but you're right. If one knew what was best and to be desired above all else, one would not partake in the things that fell short of the best. Therefore, that person would not be balanced. Unless ofcourse it is balance that is best and to be most desired.
