He loves you.
You hate her.
She hates you.

Blah, blah, blah...
You don't shut up.
Who really cares?
I've had enough.

I'm sick of listening
To your voices.
I shut you out,
Your selfish choices.

Give me a break!
Prioritize your life.
Don't be so reactive.
You cause your own strife.

Though you're annoying,
I still love you all,
But I pray for you
To control your own falls.

Take authority.
Stop wasting your days
With things that don't matter.
Ahh...these silly school days.

Excellent. As a graduate from the halls of hell I couldnt have summed up the experiance any better. Its such a strange time for everyone in that institution. I like the flow of this piece, in a sing-song manner, thats how read it. And I feel that it fits perfectly, to make light of such useless drama. And the last line effectively wraps it all up, I think. Thanks for sharing.

Ah... yes. I rather guessed you felt this way about that madhouse you go to.

Nice piece, Carrie. You'll be out of it one of these fine days...

High school is SO ephemeral and insignificant! You sound like me when I hear the dramatic little squabbles at school these days. I've just decided not to take any more bull from anyone... that if I'm going to have to be there, if I'm going to survive in the hell hole that is high school, I'm not going to complicate it with all that drama. A blunt, well said, perfectly honest, brilliant poem.
Bravo, encore and amen to that, sista!
Love,
Chelsea
