My mind is going in circles
Like a wild horse on a track
Am I looking forward?
Or am I'm looking back?

Ahead there lays a future
Behind is a memoried past
Today will soon be tomorrow
And tomorrows never last

That wild horse keeps running
Around in my mind
He keeps running and looking
For something he may never find

Is he looking for happiness
Or someone to share his life
Or someone to listen to his problems
And of the mess he has made of his life

Maybe he is running away from
And not toward anything at all
Maybe he dont want to see the future
Or the past and the pain he caused

Until he decides
What it is he wants to find
He will run on that race track
The race track in my Mind
