This is very different to what i normally write....please take the time to read :) [bodytext] => How vicious my bed looks in the gloom,
Its monstrous legs ready to rear up,
Somehow I’m beckoned into the room,
Perhaps it was the tiredness behind my eyes,
Protesting against my will to not sleep again,
Or perhaps the room putting on a disguise,
Trying to show me comfort before I go,
The bed consumes me but I’m relaxed,
Enfolded in its cold-less fluffy snow,
The journey begins; I leave myself behind,
Taunting figures surrounding me quickly,
To me it’s reality, not subconscious mind,
My five senses enlighten me that it’s real,
A world so demonic, I wish it weren’t so,
Where pain and fear are all that I’ll feel,
I’m frightened by the glooms of this existence,
Sounds from somewhere else pull me away,
An alarm pounding out sounds with insistence,
Entering back I’m exhausted and stunned,
Finding that it was only but a dream,
And that the nightmare has just begun
