Array ( [sid] => 46809 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Dream Last Night [time] => 2004-05-09 16:27:12 [hometext] => I wrote this poem about a deam i had about my crush [bodytext] => I had a dream last night
In the dream I was yours
You took my breathe away as we laid on the blanket
We looked at the stars
You wrapped your arms around me
My fingers intertwined with yours as we gazed into the heavens
You held me tight and I felt like pudding
You whispered in my ear as a shooting star went by "I love you"
My heart started to beat faster as my mind started to race
I could barely get out the reply "I love you too"
You held me tighter and continued to gaze
I felt as if we were the only two people in the world
You turned and met my eyes with yours
I could stare into those eyes forever
You leaned closer to me
Finally our lips meant as my heart felt like it was going to explode
I could feel the love going through my body
The love was from you and I could tell you felt it too
The kiss ended and you held me even closer
At the moment I felt a part of you
Your face was imprinted in my mind
Until it started to fade
The perfect picture of us together was spinning now
I woke up in my bed hold tightly onto my pillow
I started to cry knowing that it was only a dream
But in that dream I was finally yours
I grabbed the pillow and went to sleep thinking of you

Its a bittersweet moment. On one hand you had a dream where you were finally his. But on the other hand it was just a dream. You can make the dream come true if you believe you can. I think you did a wonderful job on this poem. Keep up the good work. -Stace-
