Who looks into the night sky
and wonders, "when will it be?"

When will I meet someone
who I can call my mate?
When will we meet
so I can drop this self-hate?

Somewhere she's waiting
for her "Knight in Shining Armour,"
Everywhere I'm searching
for my damsel who I can honor.

Soon, very soon
or maybe in a couple of years,
We shall embrace each other
in our long waiting tears.

Perhaps, this wait
is too much for me to bare,
Perhaps, there really is

Somewhere there's someone
just like me,
Who looks into the night sky
and wonders, "when will it be?"

When will I meet someone
who I can call my mate?
When will we meet
so I can drop this self-hate?

Somewhere she's waiting
for her "Knight in Shining Armour,"
