The thing I need in life, to keep going,
pouring rain, fresh air,
keeps my words flowing.

Spinning in circles, just to fall to my knees
look up to the sky, my whole body shivers.

With an emptiness,
"I miss, running in the rain with you."
All the happiness, all those tears I cried...
I never knew.

Alone, but when the tears start running down

my face,

they just blend,

with the wondeful breath-taking rain.

I feel you, and the memories come roaring back
they make me smile, cry...
my heart get's attacked.

But I love it...

it's what I need each and everyday,
just to truthfully..be able to say that I'm OK.

When it's over...at night,

I look to the sky in dismay,

PRAY,

"Why'd you make him leave me that day?"

As I walk inside, dampend,
watching the clouds fade,
I remember the dreadful,
sunny day...he took you away.

It's raining, cold, and peaceful, it free's me,
completes me, I close my eyes, smile...

don't tease me.

The thing I need in life, to keep going,

Some questions never are answered, but the pain in these words is as real as the sun shining in my world today. Sadness is rarely beautiful but there is indeed beauty in these words. June
