Array ( [sid] => 4137 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => His Open Door… [time] => 2002-09-22 20:00:00 [hometext] => I wrote this as part of a way to witness and inspire those folks to take Gods hand
He is always holding it out to you. I know it’s not easy. The grass isn’t greener or the money rolls in and suddenly you have everything, God gives us what we need and also what we need to learn, even in terms of the bad lessons of life. In time, his essence of his teachings to be on a path that he will guide you, to the right people and help you do for yourself as well as others. I hope this helps someone to be guided to his door, and ask Jesus to come into your life. God Bless you all. [bodytext] => So, what is it about Jesus?
For those of us who have him in our hearts
We already know, but what about those who question Him above us?
HE the Son of God, given his life, so ours may have no marks
Of the devils run, where as Jesus has a pure thought
HE will always open his door to you
Never be ashamed to accept, for the devil will cast doubts to sought
Your heart to his side, offering many things, too many, too good to be true
Jesus will help you gain your self-control and esteem
Give you a desire to be you, in time do those things you always wanted to
The most important is that your Salvation, Jesus has deemed
To be there, in your time of need, happiness, sadness, and helplessness, all to do
His blood he gave for your sins, your heart you gave to Him
But you are the one who chooses to do this; he just opens a door
Reality is always here; sometimes life is so unforgiving, so dim
Jesus can guide you to the right path, accepting his invitation in your hearts core
Its not always a fast cure of life’s expectations to do what you want
But He can teach you to be patient in his answers to your prayers
He will answer them, always he forgives you, never to be daunt
He is in life’s entire circle, in our essence of beauty, in many layers
If you reach out to take His hand, he will hold you, forever
Sincerity of your Salvation, your belief in Him, it’s all that matters
It’s not others do this for, only for you, YOUR personal endeavor
Oh for that heavenly day when it will arrive, oh the scent of attars
You will be rejoiced in his beautiful white light
To be held in his aura forever is the real grace of life, a beautiful death of sight

Thank you. I am not one to witness well in person. As it appears maybe to write in the way I can explain it. Perhaps a write will come about, how I became a Born Again Christian. But for now, I am re-evaulating many things in my life, being more positive and thinking so, is more of my expectations, even when things are down, I must think more positive. The light will shine more, if I do.

No no no, I can't agree with much of what you say here, normally I'd be getting mad about something like this, but today I won't, but I will voice my opinion...

"sometimes life is so unforgiving, so dim
Jesus can guide you to the right path"

Sometimes it is unforgiving, but you can't tell people that Jesus 'CAN' guide you to the right path, because there is no way, ever, that you can guarantee it, is there? God 'IS NOT' the right path for 'everyone', sure he may be for you, your family and friends, but you don't know everyone in the world, so how can you say that God is a better choice for their lives, and that's what you're saying isn't it?

Anyway, I won't go on for too long, your poem is written well, but I don't think you should tell people that Jesus 'WILL', when you should be saying Jesus 'MIGHT'. After all, I have a desire to be me, without God or Jesus.

I am not one to critique, and I don't mind the comments. However, I did say, You CHOOSE to do this, if you do accept his hand, thru his open door. This is just a nice way of letting folks know how it is, thru reality and not. IF you choose to live the way you are now, then its your life. I SAy CHOOSE REmember that, you choose. NOt me. I am just a receiver of what I have become and many others. That dosen't mean, I am MAKING ANYONE DO THIS.... OR SAYING THEY HAVE TO. Its a good way for me to witness and not a way to shove it down anyone's throat, its after all my write, and if you are offended, then I cannot say, I am sorry, just feel sorry for you. But I am always glad for the comments. I did say YOU CHOOSE TO DO THIS. I didn't say, you had to. I wish you a good day now. and by the way, God Does guide me in all I do, and if I make a mistake, its because I choose to do what was wrong, and learn from it. WE after all, are human, its dicipline in our behavior. I wish you well in your life, if you choose not to have God in it, then that is ok by me. YOU CHOSED THAT. I got to get to work now... I have to walk to work, I got over a two mile walk, so I wish you a good MOnday and enjoy now. NOt every day is a good one, but then again, thinking positive is always a good thing, no matter if God is in your life or not.
Always, Amber Rose :)

Fair point, but you may not be "shoving it down anyone's throat" but you do say "Jesus will help you" there's that word 'will' again, some people are very impressionable, what if your lifestyle doesn't work out for them, when you've just told them it would, and that it's the answer? I don't disagree with your views, but surely you don't believe they are the answer for everyone? Surely?

"IF you choose to live the way you are now." and that you "just feel sorry for me." How can you say that, you don't know a thing about me, or a thing about "the way I choose live now" Please!

God "Will" help you, only if you let him. That means, changing things in your life. This is what I mean. It can suit anyone's needs, just as any life can, IF YOU WANT IT TO. God always has the open door, however, if you continue to have doubts and not sincerely beleive, then he will not be there. IF you are not sincere in your belief of Him, then he will not be there as you like him to be. The answers are there. HOw we all percieve to look at them, is a matter of how you recieve them, interpet them. Like you are looking at this as a non-beleiver, as I have done some background on you. You do this to many who write about God. So at this point, I can only surmise what you believe in, in your life, is whatever gets you thru it. ITS WHAT YOU CHOOSE AND WILL WORK FOR YOU. for reasons, you have, whatever they may be. God is always there, and WILL Be there, only if you want Him to and SINCERE about it. Any form of doubts, and not pure from your heart, he will not be there. This is what we call having faith, and faith is what I have. So for many like myself, we have that and more, our sincerity of our belief and our prayers, God will be there. He is there in all forms, sadness, death, stupidity, making the wrong decisions, and when we do, we either die or learn from them, or keep on making the same mistakes, until you get it. WE choose to make our lives the way we live. WE take RESPONSIBILITY for our actions in all forms. NOt to put them on someone else. I can answer for you, how it feels to have that faith, other then for you to really try and be doubt free and then perhaps your answers would come to light for you. I cannot answer what you are looking for, for this, was what I had done, before 1988, before I had my Salvation, and when I accepted the Lord on Oct, 5, 1988, I cannot explain the changes. Not miraclus, not money making machine, or unfound wealth in financial gain, not sudden job opportunities. I got something far more valuable then anything can ever buy or any human could take, for they cannot. Its a slow wealth of gaining my way to a better life path, and it was, still is, and even though my life has changed in terms of sadness of being alone now, this is a time of having more faith, and yes, I do wonder at times, when things will get better. but for each struggle, and challenge, its an obstacle endured to roll over, and away. A lesson learned, for me, it take some time, as my Mom use to say, stubborness is ok for some things, but when it comes to learning anything, I take awhile, to get it thru my thick head. and yes, it takes some folks longer then others to get past those hurdles in life. I feel sorry for you in that event, because you keep asking everyone who writes about God, or Jesus, many questions. So this is something that can be answered if you just let him help you answer them. I got my answers to the same questions you are asking now. I can honestly say that if I were to drop dead now, no matter the circumstances, I will be happy and at peace, no harsh look or permanent horror on my face. I will be at peace. A story told by the prophets, couldn't be all fantasy, with so many real details of what all has happened, and even with some artifacts found during those times, have given some truth to what our beliefs are in God. I cannot answer what you like to feel. I can only answer to you as to what I did years ago,and now living my life as I can. I am not rech in money, but rich in my heart of what I get from my faith. I use what gifts of talent given to me, and what I learn in life, and I choose to use them wisely, or perhaps not too well and learn from them. Life is a never ending question, but my faith will never be a question. you will have to experience it for your self. Otherwise, you will be questioning all your life, never getting any answers. Oh well, I must get to bed, and take care , I wish you well, and no keep on asking, perhaps a day will come, when a miracle will apply to you, and then maybe those answers will come to light for you.
Amber :)
