Array ( [sid] => 38561 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => ONE SPIRIT [time] => 2004-03-14 07:11:05 [hometext] => Scientists today tell us we must combine all three and hit a fine balance to stay healthy [bodytext] =>

"ONE SPIRIT"

These three combined are You.
Spirit, Mind, and Body 'tis true.
Taste, feel, smell, touch, hear, and see.
One more do not leave out, your spirit be.......
Don't forget your spirituality!

Did you say spirituallity? What's that?
Spirit or soul, not material, unworldly format.
Pure in heart, holy, things sacred
Immateriality, can't be touched or grounded!

Spirit? What might that be? Essence of being
Essential part, heart, backbone, gist of living.
Character, constitution, principal, quality.
Moods, features, peculiarities, carefree!

But, that's not all, the adjective is subjective.
Normal, inherent, essential, instinctively active.
Characteristics, fixed, settled,
constant, unchanging.
Summing it all up--your whole soul being!

Our brain see, our intellect is our mind.
Understanding, reason, rationality,
all entwined.
Intelligence, judgment, wits, reasoning power
Subconscious, subliminal self,
personality prefer.

Thought would be the excercise of the mind.
Reflection, consideration, meditation refined.
Speculation, deliberation, close study,
application.
Pondering, muse, dreaming,
ruminate, reckon.

Body last, but not least in it's importance.....
Has substance, can be touched,
whole semblance
Physical, matter, existence, flesh and blood.
Objective, unspiritual, materialistic
element bonded.

Marvelously, meticulously, awe-inspiringly made.
Not understood, compilcated design,
perfectly arrayed.
All three, spirit, mind, and body
guarded carefully.
Balance between these three, harmonious,
and healthy we be!

"A human being is part of the whole, called
by us "Universe:" a part limited in time and
space.
He experiences himself, his thoughts, and
feelings as something separated from the rest--A kind of optical delusion of his consciousness.
This delusion is a kind of prison for us.
restricting us to our personal desires, and to
affection for a few persons nearest to us.
Our task must be to free ourselves from
this prison by widening our
circle of compassion."
~Albert Einstein~

Wow, that's so deep and passionate. It would take me an hour just to list why this is so amazing, so i'll simply stare quietly, in a profoundly awed manner.

Let's just say I agree with every last word, and leave it at that!

Truly,
-V.S.

I am lost for words
Nothing I write will be able to express just how magnificent and first rate that was.

Phenomenal

Pure talent without a doubt
