Listen to the silence,
Allow it to consume you,
As the bleak confines of the evanescent, World begin to fade into the ephemeral mists,
Of sublimity.

Acknowledge the hushed tranquility,
Flowing,
Through the tense trappings of your, Enervated body, like a droning river of surreal,
Imagery,liberating your enthralled minds-eye,
From the blandness of reality.

Sleep now,

Walk with me in this alluring dreamscape,
Hand in hand,
Love in love,
Within this sweet sought chimera, down, Vibrant roads in the dawn of a budding, Dream.

Open your moonlit eyes,
Onto the lucid fields of resplendent reveries,
Observing our fanciful garden,
Picturing the pink peonies, the proud red,
Gladiolus, and the white meekness of babys, Breath.

Feel the overwhelming reverence as you,
Gaze in all directions, beholding the fragrant, Masses of wildflowers growing solely for you.

Sit with me in the warmth of the noontime,
Sun as we let it thaw the last winter ice,
From our hibernating veins as the soft, Bluegrass tickles our bare feet.

Kiss me in the purple twilight,
While the myriad of colors blend into the grey,
Quietness of night.

Lie with me in the stillness,
Respiring the Ambrosial aura of innumerable,
Drops of aromatic dew falling on our weary,
But venerated eyelids,bringing a congenial,
Conclusion to our dream.

Finally we slip into the deafness of silent, sleep, hearing the farewell lullaby of chirring, Crickets and slow chirping frogs in the,
Growing darkness. [comments] => 3 [counter] => 265 [topic] => 14 [informant] => slayer_015 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 9 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => DreamsandWishes )
