I would cross the darkest forests,
Sail straight on into the winds of a hurricane
Never looking back, never to return

For the love of an angel,
I would shave the hair off my head
And engrave her name their
For all the world to see
Not even stopping to dry, up my blood

For the love of an angel,
I would lay the death songs aside
Listen to more pleasing sounds
Allow the songs to fade away
Never stopping, on going, song of love in my ears

For the love of an angel
I would part the sea, and walk across the ocean floor
Build a home for us there,
And never return to shore

For the love of an angel
I would do anything, her heart desires
Kiss away her headaches
Dry up her tears
Never leaving her side, until the end

For the love of an angel
I would allow my dreams to fade
So her own will be fufilled

What would I do for the love of an angel?
I would cross the darkest forests,
Sail straight on into the winds of a hurricane
Never looking back, never to return

For the love of an angel,
I would shave the hair off my head
And engrave her name their
For all the world to see
Not even stopping to dry, up my blood

For the love of an angel,
