Of a man she cannot have
The longing passion
To love this man

He is perfection
He is the one

He can heal her broken heart
Make her feel again
Feel the joy that only he can bring

His laughter
His voice
His touch
All make her heart sing
Sing a thousand songs of love

Subtle hints are dropped
Telling of her feelings
But he is oblivious
Only seeing a friendship
Sprinkled with moments of lust

So she will stay silent
Keep her love inside

Everyday she sees him
And her tongue will be held tight

A silenced love
A love that will not cease
But hidden it will stay
Until her dying day [comments] => 6 [counter] => 170 [topic] => 2 [informant] => night_child [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LovePoetry )

Come on ladies! give our men a break will ya!^_^ When the men are too bright, you say we are cocky and untrust-worthy, and when the men are gentle and innocent, we accused of dumb and clueless! Oh no! what are we gonna do! (*banging my head...*)^_^
Hehe, just kidding, a really nice poem, just let him know and give him a bit of time, who knows, things might work out!

Very very nice ! But why not tempt your chance???I don't know who you're writing about but...you'll never know until something is done. And I know how you feel since I'm feeling the same towards someone as well. But I don't think I'm gonna be able to keep in inside,so props to you if you can, just remember that life is short and you may never have this chance again!Loved your poem,
PumpkinPie
