Array ( [sid] => 33004 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => oh where, bachelor? [time] => 2004-01-28 15:48:05 [hometext] => a viewponit from the other side of life [bodytext] => his lifetime of organized expensive trinkets and socks,
photos with no one to share; so much bull of sad crock
but hey hey theres nothing musty dusty, indeed, indeed,
alone and proud of it, yet in the night, what of his need?
you'll not ever find his place nor plumbing not primed,
if broken he'll just hire someone while he goes out to dine,
it is his remote, and damn he knows right where it is,
you'll never find him looking with a messy snot-nosed kid,
bet aye, he worked hard for all his stuff; these are his things,
wife nor ties for him, he knows its his happiness he brings,
he's sexy, sweet, caring, the most gentle gentleman too,
as long as you see things his way, he'll always love you,
his lifestyle, thinking and outlook are so perfect, you see,
so he doesn't need your way nor mine, oh, just let him be,
a bachelor sees the world through his all knowing eyes,
to live and know the real life of a family for him is all lies,
no way it will happen to him, he'd never live that harried,
he secretly silently laughs at his friends who are married,
somedays, promises, words, all his sweeties ever heard,
follow through, engage, marry, really do it! are you absurd?
knows where all his things are and where it all should go,
he'll tell you how to live your life, why is it you don't know!?
a woman took his heart away, its true, he left her aside,
for her did not fight, no a bachelor would never take a bride,
so many places he must go, see, do, such a buzy life,
married friends don't have his peace, miss out with a wife,
excuses all valid, real, true, but what if they were gone?
what be reasons then not to hear the churchbells song?
a loving woman might mean the world to him; but where, oh
how would he fit her in with all of his cool bachelor things?

he's missed his opportunity, yeah, he's missed it big time,
to make one woman miserable, but hey he's doing just fine.

good one Nessa!!!!! Give 'im hell my dear.

When it all comes down to it, what good will all his 'stuff' be? A perfecty arranged sock drawer is not much of a life, but I guess for a bachelor it's all they've got. LOL Men are such idiots. Yes I really said that, lol.
The tough part is, can't live with them and can't live without them. Hmmmmm what a dilemma

Interesting write. I liked it though. It had a major undertone of denial and sadness. Maybe an overtone of it... Lol. I enjoyed reading.
