i shouldn't have scratched my scabs,
they bled, and i felt ill!

when you went out the room,
my breath came up real fast,
my head was starting to hurt,
as the thoughts crept in from my past!

it was just a little scratch,
but the scab came off quick,
the blood came out fast,
it would have hurt less if i'd just picked...

i hadn't meant to hurt myself
and it didn't bleed for long,
and look at me writing all this sh**,
just like i'm writing a song!

but i'm just writing how i feel,
and about the worst thing that happened today,
but the fainting thoughts and pain i deal with,

i'm sick of the way,
you all make me feel!
