and with my neighbors do I talk,
We talk of this, we talk of that,
We talk about how they got fat.

Did you eat a Johnny G's
There's a place that aims to please,
Breaded fish and plenty fries,
Creamed desserts for girls and guys.

Mamma Mia's quite the place,
Eat their sauce and make a face,
Meatballs ziti, meatballs plain,
Their desserts drive you insane.

Tony Roma's place for ribs,
They are great, I tell no fibs,
Take a date or eat alone,
Reserve a seat by telephone.

Sure it's good, it's pure delight,
But check your waist, it's out of sight,
Every time I see you, May
You're getting fatter by the day.

Sure I'll stop, it's not my call,
You're a big girl, after all,
All you folks are in this boat,
Plain dessert or ice cream float. [comments] => 6 [counter] => 159 [topic] => 7 [informant] => norm [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 4 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => HumorPoetry )

Dear Norm,
This is just a great reminder of a poem dear friend.....that eating just never seems to end. Just think of all the money we could save away.....if only we didn't have to eat every day?
I wasn't hungry until I read you delicious poem here...all the goodies I hadn't thought of until I saw them listed near!
I don't like ice cream not even beer......but cinnamon rolls?????Oh my how I love them dear!

Ah, I am old now and decided life is too short not to enjoy. Give me key lime pie with lots and lots of fresh whipped cream and a cup of fresh coffee, cream and sugar please. Rita
