"HOPE LIKE A CHILD"

"There is one wee thing I'd like to know.
A small boy used "Hope" we saw and so
Big folks need "Hope" all the time,
Can you fit that into your wonderful rhyme?"

"I will try Norm,....here goes......"

How much more so we as older folk,
need to concentrate everyday on "Hope"
For we have lived many years,
with our scars, and pain, learning to cope...,
We should remember the small child.....
No hurts stockpiled, never beguiled!

A candle for our hearts feelings must be lit.
It's forgiving warmth helps us to forgive...
even though we may never forget!
Renewal from above our Greatest Love,
will keep our Heart's Candle shining bright!
protecting carefully it's brilliance to shine,
to light the darkness of any night!

Another candle must stay lit for it's to our soul
Our very being, who we are, our whole self,
completed lifetime's toll.
Never let the years of age, or struggles past,
distinguish this most important of all candle!
It's glowing endurance, gives us strength
each day, and keeps our
"Hope" for tomorrow virile.

Always keep the candles to your heart
and soul shining brightly.
For without love in our hearts,
and a cultivated gentle soul,
Age is lived grumpily!

"That's why Norm has stayed so young...
He's cultivated love in his heart and
gentleness in his soul!"

Critters Lady, a poem to cherish
---------------------------------------------
The Critters Lady explains quite well,
As you grow older, you just might sell....
Is just the thing you shouldn't do,
Hope and Love will see you through.

Tell us now, if you can write,
What keeps us knowing, wrong from right,
Some do bad, some do well,
Is there really a place called 'HELL'

Your words are the good things found in life. You shine with kindness, gentility, laughter & a positive outlook. I love your work.
