Array ( [sid] => 31825 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => snowmobile ride from hell [time] => 2004-01-16 03:38:15 [hometext] => shelby will relate to this LOL (sometimes its better to stay home)) [bodytext] => Pack up the truck
pack up the gear
of course the guys
need to pack up some beer.

Wind is howling
blowing snow
my nose is stuck together
feels like 50 below.

Off to the mountains
here we go
fourwheel driving
through what seems like
ten feet of snow.

Find our spot
unload them all
start them up
roar off wild
not to far
then one just stops.

Messing with the wires
nope that wrong
push and pull
must be strong
it starts off we go again.

Bouncing hard off a fallen log
butt flew up then I fall off
on my face in the snow
I slide far yes Im froze
off they go!

Hey hey fools
wait for me
guess I wait by this tree
maybe they thought this was funny
dumping me off on my boody.

Why do I come up with these guys
they are strange
comes as no surprise
a bit nuts I might add too
would have to be to do the things
we do!

They come back
laughing hard
cant hold on??
Yup thats what we though!
Ok man scoot on over
let me drive
you be passenger.

(Ill teach him a lesson)
lots of gas off we go
making rooster tails of snow
dodge this tree
watch that branch
oh no he didnt duck
off he went!!(hee hee))

Time to head back to the trucks
its getting dark
dont want to be lost
load them up
off we go
oh whoops no we dont.

So much for fourwheel drive
we are buried snow to axels
have to dig to stay alive
frozen hands frozen nose
none of us can feel our toes.

To far to ride the snowmobiles home
might have to find a farmer around
with a tractor to pull us out
or we'll be sleeping in the mountains
this is no doubt.

Farmer found us on the double
hoisted us out with his old tractor
said you kids must be nuts
to be out here fourwheel drive or not.

Get your little fanies for home
before you catch your death
and freeze your bones.
Home sounded good to me
after the hell day of snowmobiling!

lmao!!! I had such fun reading this, I almost thought I was there! You told the story well. Check your spelling and word forms again. A few (minor) mistakes. Detracts a little from the professionalism, but this is terrific!
Thanks for the wonderful laugh!

Judy
