on this winters day
crystal tears
wont go away
sticking to my eyelashes tight
when they fall they turn to ice.

Crystal snow
so beautiful still
crystal tears
voids to fill
as the snow
starts coming down
the crystal tears fall again.

Crystal snow
frozen so
like a tear
that hangs on to long
then lets go
to fall down
and disappear
in the crystal snow

This is really quite a touching and beautiful poem. I have a soft spot for the sad writes, and this one will stick with me for a long time.

Truly,
-V.S.

I like the title. It makes me think of something I saw once when I was a young 'un.

Really interesting poem, as I wrote something along a similar vein, a few weeks ago.
A nice association between the snow and pain.
Good write.
