I wake up
Wake up to the stress in my head
And no space is left for me to breath
I know that if I let it get to me
I’ll break down and cry
And the pain wont stop
I’ve got to find a way to release it

One day
I know it will end
I’ll be free from the pain
I’ve got to realise
That the lows I contain
Have got to turn into highs
So I can fell free again

All the feelings
Feelings that I hold
Run around in my head
And never stop for a break
It drives me slowly insane
Till I cant take it anymore
And I break down from the pain

I just wanna scream
Let it all out
Get rid of all the stress in my head
I just wanna scream
Let it all out
Don’t wanna know
Bout the lows in my life
I just wanna scream

I wake up
Wake up to the stress in my head
And no space is left for me to breath
I know that if I let it get to me
I’ll break down and cry
And the pain wont stop
I’ve got to find a way to release it

One day
I know it will end
I’ll be free from the pain
I’ve got to realise
That the lows I contain
Have got to turn into highs
So I can fell free again
