Bring in the sun to stop this rain,
bring in the shrink to keep me sane.
A cruel dark world in twisted storm,
follows a happy mind just reborn.
Into insanity's good graces
set upon these smiling faces.
Genocidal tidings does this brain bring
in shady dealings of maniacal things
to confuse the pleasant, simple norm,
with this new breed of rabid form.
I'll sing a ditty of little bearing,
just to keep you all from caring,
while with sleight of hand and twist of fate,
I'll give you something so you can relate.
Careless world has brought me here,
brought me out of human fear.
Into a land of visions blaring,
visions of clowns and bats so daring.
Into the pit I've let myself go,
just to put on my favorite show.
I've slipped and fallen, can't you see?
I've slipped and fallen into insanity. [comments] => 1 [counter] => 144 [topic] => 55 [informant] => CodyJ [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => dedicatedpoems )
