We could be together ignoring yesterday and tomorrow,
And we could love each other without pain or sorrow,
We could lay together stretched out on the sand,
And it would be euphoria just to hold your hand,
We could stare up at the sky and try to find mars,
But no this is just my wish upon the stars.

As I wish upon these stars so bright,
I wish you would be here with me this night,
And if you were here it would be so right,
We could laugh and dance under the moonlight,
With the waves for our music and our hearts for a guide,
