It runs through my every vein,
Pumps through all my arteries,
Spreading through my capilleries,

Engulfing every cell of me,
It will never set me free,
My body's enveloped in pain,
Constantly making me insane,

In the pit of my stomach lies a pain like no other,
Eating away at me for what seems like forever,
My tears have turned to blood,
Feeling so alone and misunderstood,

I dont know what ur going through, emotional or physical pain here but its very vivid that there is extreme pain. I am well aquainted with both kinds of pain, and am here if you want someone to listen who may know what it feels like. Drop me a line netime.

This poems great, good use of description to describe your feelings. It kinda makes the reader feel your pain, and thats both scary and incredible in a writer. Scary because you must be in a ***** load of pain, and incredibe because the ability to make people feel what you are feeling with words is very very very difficult to do! Congratulations
