[hometext] => This poem was created through experimenting with a form of the tercet. Enjoy!!
[bodytext] => As angel wings, the blossoms fly Wherein the leafy branches grow, And drift into the evening sky. Each dainty petal dances high With starlights, twinkling to and fro. As angel wings, the blossoms fly. Upon the gentle breeze, they lie, And fleetingly, they journey so, And drift into the evening sky. How sweet the scented air does tie With moonlit meadows down below! As angel wings, the blossoms fly. Awaiting skylark’s morning cry, The fragrant blossoms tumble low And drift into the evening sky. In spirit, they shall never die. Henceforth shall freedom’s zephyr blow; As angel wings, the blossoms fly And drift into the evening sky. - Kalani [comments] => 1 [counter] => 294 [topic] => 19 [informant] => Silverwings [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 4 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => InspirationalPoems )
