No matter how far away they seem.
They will come true one day, you’ll see,
With hope and courage they will be.
Do as you can, with what you’ve got,
Or you are doing all for naught.
Never give up on yourself,
Don’t leave your dreams on a shelf.
Before long they will be covered,
Waiting patiently to be discovered.
You have to realize who you are,
When you realize that you will go far.
Try to do your best in all that you do,
Don’t let others try to make you a fool.
So never give up on all your hopes,
Hold on to them as tight as a rope.
Without hopes and dreams you’ll get lost,
So hold on to them at all cost.
So don’t be discouraged if you fail,
Don’t slink down and tuck in your tail.
Your dreams are yours to make or break,
Something of yours no one else can take.
So never give up, Never give in,
Someday, somehow you will win

Never give up on your dreams,

The use of the words 'HOLD' and 'HOPES' seems a bit redundent here. Maybe replace with similiar words.
I understand where you are going with this. I'd like to see it simplified. Perhaps cut a few lines and leave a bit for the reader to imagine.

~ I constantly telling people that you need to just set your goals high and never let anyone tell you that you can't reach them.... because you can. I hate people that give in... and don't try. I would much rather be a nobody and get somewhere with a smile on my face, knowing that I tried. Than be a nobody and get nowhere, tears streaming down my cheeks.
This was an amazing poem... and you... you have an amazing gift of words.

Never give up. That's like the best advice you can give another human being. It's always good to reasure your own heart that you can realize your dreams. They can come true.
