for you to dance
in someone's arms and laugh out loud
not a song to think
for you to dance

now try again
don't feel don't wish
don't go farther than it hurts you
don't say that hurts you more
don't feel don't want

it scares you so
you scream inside
pushing away the moon to stop
desire for the stars
you scream inside
why face the fear
to feel to wish
for more than emptiness you've known
and still remain alone
to feel to want

it is good to honour innocence, to honor what is still pure and holy..to marvel that this automonous, glory was somehow whelped in part by us..slow decay and dead flesh, from the furnace of our lapsed vows and irredeemable appetites come our children..not bad ...daf..
