I see the stars
I feel God’s love
Within my heart

He formed all things
He made the light
And human beings
He gave them life

Having thus finished
The work He’d begun
God, well He rested
And said “Well done”

But Eve she sinned
And Adam did follow
And all of his kin
Are now born in sorrow

But even today
There is still hope
God wants to save us
He throws us a rope

He sent us His Son
To set us free
But what we done?
We nailed Him to a tree

He would not stay dead
So He rose again
And hope came from dread
Yes! He rose again!

And if you desire
To change your heart
Purge it with fire
Begin from the start

So look above
And see the stars
And feel God’s love
