[bodytext] => Higher, higher,
twisting, twirling, Like flame, the silk of skirts is swirling. Faster, faster, slower, slower, As music quickens, then gets lower. Smoothly graceful, crisp or playful, Flowing like waves, swift as wind blows. Thumping here, and jangling there, Sounds tambourine, held in the air. Captivating, hypnotizing, mesmerizing, For all who hear and all are near. Clinking, clanging, coins are ringing, In tambourine, and ‘pon dirt ground. Quickly, quickly, girl moves deftly, Swooping up all earnings, though they mayn’t be hefty.
