Array ( [sid] => 19630 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => Drifting [time] => 2003-06-27 14:05:00 [hometext] => a rough sketch of an almost complete song... meaning melody is set and lyrics are done with most of the music written just a matter of time [bodytext] => I’ve been drifting off this road
Losing sight of what was set
I had started out for some answers
But I think I need an end to questions first
I’ve gone oh so far
But I’ve the slightest clue
As to where I’m heading

Hoping I’ll be able to find some signs
Something to get me on my way
Is someone out there
Guide me, find me,
Someone please
Help me, show me
The way through

Don’t know how long I’ve been straying
Can’t really remember the directions I got
From an aged old man some time ago
Think he knew what he was talking about
Hopefully I’ll be able to find
My own way, there’s bound to be more
Than one way, another way to make it through

Finding myself at the crossroads now
Oh it comes down to this, looking as far as I can,
Down each way, should of have my mind set, sometime
Ago, all I can think about now is home, how much I want
To be there, because all this drifting has had its way with me
