Great poem Mike.
You can/'/t expand your horizons by seeing everything as black and white and your way may not always be the right way. You have to open up and realize that what we may think we know or were taught may not be the right way.

Plus it/'/s just easier to go through life with an open mind. Great write.

James

I find it ironic that this inspiring delight of growth and metamorphosis speaks to the emotions of the person throughout, yet in the very last line it credits the EVER CHANGING PATH.
I suspect it is not the path that is changing, Michael, but the clever writer!
Bravo for the reassuring and your hand-holding style of writing that brings us along on every possible experience you can share!
You are a writer of life. softerware

Reminds me exactly of a friend I have, who even now, despite all the years resolutely believes his views, thoughts and opinions are the only ones that truly count.
At least you have accepted there are other views.
I should really get him to read this and see if it will change his mind too.

Steve
