o looking through rose coloured glasses
not seeing plain in front of noses passes
for close minded twisted reality, not true
fault of the non see-er, whom has innocent
memories distorted by and of times realm,

o sea of dreams that the soul embraces in
daylight, wherein memories lie to the heart
the bitter pill to swallow that love lived within
the truth that life was a once happy reality
tangible as a tabletop to run fingers across,

o little one of long ago please see beyond
the simplistic fallacies of distortion that binds
the soul, wounds the heart, and blinds the
eyes to what is ever forever a truth indeed
feel warmth that resided therein and smile,

o and upon knowing this may your life be
a fuller richer one that cannot be diverted
from the karmic course your life runs along
let love from afore enter your soul and try
to embrace a love your parents cherished.

I simply love the way you write ladyfawn!

this one struck me, selfishly I might add
due to hectic struggles untangling messes
in my job

today stuck in traffic on my way home it struck me
that someone planted a series of rose bushes along
the freeway, and how I never noticed them before

so simple really I thought
of myself as a fool, but a happy one
just then

Thank you!

Peace!
