[hometext] => This is a poem I wrote for a friend of mine in the Navy fighting over seas. I wrote it before the war actually started. I think it is good and would love some comments on it. Please.
[bodytext] => Tear drops falling to the ground like rain. Wispers crawling through the air with pain. Days of shine creeping through. Faces like mine weeping too. Nights with gleam far and apart. Memories and dreams come in dark. Fights I fear stand silent in our path. Grace is near to surpass our dreaded wrath. Take in a breath, breathe out a long sigh. The sounds of us, in America they lie.
