Naye, I shan't Jhare here a name;
rolled as we are in tidy little blankets,
hiding ourselves from those we don't see, speak to,
or know more than beyond dreams, fears, wishes,
joys, amazements, introspections spilling up from the
bubbling soul.
Is it so sad skipping the important stuff like what year car do you drive?
Do you set one or two wineglasses of an eve?
Is USA Today your preferred read,
of the WSJ for the latest lies you crave?

Is ash or marble planned for that long goodnight?
I care not which, but tell me why you itch for one and not the
other;
share with me not the medium, but the arrival you've discovered
holds merit over the other; now that is the tumbler that
turns my wheel.....the ' why , not the 'what' to keep me jumping in the
land of you I know and feel.

The WHAT of it is clear to see;
The why unfolds more subtly;
Rather than your destination;
Pray reveal your inspiration!
Trust in time at last discovers;
Mechanisims hid from others!
Marble, ash, need only dust;
While life demands "In thee I trust"!
Take up the path behind the gods;
For whys to wise where change has trod!
or leave what is upon its' shelf;
And never come to know thyself.

Tha tang of sarcasm is your antidote to experience, seasoning your wit with a secret nod to the superfluous and a wink at the uncommon denominator!
"Now THAT is the tumbler that turns my wheel"
A toast to mysteries revealed!
When parallels untouched shall yield what wandering roads have long concealed!

I like this, especially the part a lot choosing between ash and marble.
