An amazing comment,
On one of my writes.
The words
Hung in the air,
Like a rain-drenched cloud
How apropos,
If you will.
Later on you made vague,
But pointed references
Have you read?
Me.
The thought is panic inducing
Sadistic; seducing
I speak the truth and you hate it-
You hate me.
You resent I rised above
Your casualty.
Neglect spree.
Reserved for me-
Thank you!
It has given me the strength to go on
I am your s(pawn).

I can relate to this poem. There are a lot of emotions here, (.. .) I like the style of it and the message. (I may be wrong but these emotions seem to stem from friendship misunderstood or expectations unmet whether you feel that way or not they are portrayed well). I have felt this way before and am learning to find joy in living life.

Love it!
Putting yourself out here can be an emotional roller coaster. And sadly poetry is like the Bible, open to all kinds of interpretation and even spin to fit your agenda.
You have to just go with what you're given.
To me any comment is better than none, well almost. I don't want Tim's you misspelled that word or it's the wrong one. That is frightening :)

James

Tell 'em to kiss your ass. Oh wait, you just did in quite unique and special spectacular way.

Some cannot relate to this specialty we delve in.

{and when we had annoym} comments sometimes let
me look into their soul in a weird way, i hope that makes
sense, simply put even no input can make me a better
writer... love this poem, vividly and creatively beautifully
expressed,

My favorite part here is the casualty. It could be a double entendre in the sense of one being casual nature, and one of victimized demise. In which case of the latter, it would be so of one's feelings if they hated or resented one who was better than their own self-image or reminded them of their own faults, causing whatever good that be in them to be no more.

The sentiment of being anxious, and reasonable scared of hostility and negativity in general is incredibly relateable and human, but sometimes that of which we are afraid of, has no reason to be feared, for it makes us better as people. That of which we originally feared then shaped us into who we are, and we can then thank it/them.

Great write Scorp. :)

Powerful, vulnerable, redeeming.
We know we are beginning to heal when sarcasm replaces self defense.
Put it out there--and let the interpretations fly!
The alternative is to silence the muse; and with your talent, that is unthinkable.
How easy to be a critic--
How amazing to create what never was!
I will remember this when next I am tempted to criticize. And try instead to create something better.
There is a profound message in your moment!
