I shall plant some seeds of words to let it grow.
If any of my words shall bear fruit,
let it be this as a start.
For i burrow this with love and good intentions,
may it gather strength in fertile soil and open minds.
Let it bring forth the best of my wisdom,
as words are strong when produced with light.

As with all good intentions they say hell is paved with them,
that train of thought has always been built with forward thinking, never bothering to look behind.
With all paths it is the stuff that we leave behind that is the most important.
The little things or the damage done.
Within all aspects of the human condition we are products of our actions.
We may walk this earth with such paved intentions however we are burying the world in unusable grounds.
The gentle path yields the most, as flowers grow from rich lands.
The paved roads come with greed and leave nothing for the rest.

When we walk and take without replenishing, we leave those behind us with bleak futures,
so the youth now can contest.
We strip the bark leaving only dead trees and no shade.
If we walk with gentle footpaths our prints fade easy with time,
leaving lands that can be replenished to flourish again.
Now if we leave the lands tossing our garbage behind we are left with a mess that follows time.
As future generations walk those same grounds their path becomes cluttered evermore, always blaming the ones who threaded before.

Once long ago our fathers saw the path they were taking was one of ruin and decay.
Instead of slowing their progress the moved forward with thought of their own.
The offspring were taught the same destructive ways, and hell grew from soil and fields.
This path is what we walk today, it is littered with intentions once thought as good.
Now we can only see the mess that they have left behind.
It is not to late thou, we can start to reexamine the road less traveled and clean the ones already laid.
It begins with thought and the stuff we teach to the young flowers of the world.
For everything grows strong with the right amount of positive light.

We must start with looking back and acknowledging the mistakes that are left with no blame,
and set forth a new path with the intention designed with a view behind.
It is not too late for mankind to become the fruit.
We just need the right seeds.

The Path Of Life

I'm not a big fan of unstructured, looooong poems like this, but you do express some good stuff here. I am confused because this is under 'abstract', yet I couldn't find a single thing in your piece that would warrant it. Anyway, keep it up.

It is interesting I will say that. Its missing that little bit of panache to make it catch the reader's eye. With practice your words will fit together like puzzle pieces and dazzle readers, this is a good start.
