Everything seems OK until it's not,
You're always changing, Yet always feel the same,
Things are special until they aren't
You want to be someone until you are who you are,
You want to grow up until you're old,
You want to be in love until it drives you mad,
Then you want it back when it leaves,
You want to go somewhere until you get there,
With every piece of understanding,
The world just becomes more confusing,
With every memory a sense of regret,
Will it makes sense someday?
Maybe,
Maybe not,
But what is evident now
Is that every thing seems OK, and then it's not

The weird thing about life is,
Everything seems OK until it's not,
You're always changing, Yet always feel the same,
Things are special until they aren't
You want to be someone until you are who you are,
You want to grow up until you're old,
You want to be in love until it drives you mad,
Then you want it back when it leaves,
You want to go somewhere until you get there,
With every piece of understanding,
The world just becomes more confusing,
With every memory a sense of regret,

This is very cleverly done! I like the way you lead the reader along the path you want them to follow..and before we know it..we're right back where we started! Delightfully crafted!

I Like this, Dreamer. As above commented, cleverly written. It could stand to be tweaked and toyed with, but what poem can't?
