[bodytext] => She listens to the sun rise With a smile in her eyes, And she thinks of all the guys She’s pushed aside To be living from a suitcase In a new place. This is her time to come alive. Her hair tangles in the western wind, Exposing an innocent grin Planted on solid sun-brushed skin That’s been toughened by eastern sins, Deception and heartbreaks; But she still knows how freedom tastes, And this is where her life begins. With a sagebrush bundle in her hand Her breath is stolen by the Grand. The eagles circle, swoop, and land, The ground is pulsing where she stands. She loves to feel The energy heal And she’s learned to breathe again.
