[title] => It's a synthetic world out there

[hometext] => A poem that I wrote at a time when I had an emotionally abusive boyfriend battling with heroin addiction, although this poem isn't the most comforting; it is true to how I felt and how I viewed it at the time.
[bodytext] => A hunter gatherer that takes the train, collecting chemicals to bleach the brain, searching for happiness to obtain. War is personal and always maintained, haze of weeks, pure morning strain. Cant think, won't think, a paradigm for the inane. Stirring and spinning and accepting defeat, Synthetic euphoria, mission complete. Safe and warm with reality obsolete.
