I've been the kindest soul,
The best I could
The sweetest heart,
The best I knew

But it was all to no avail.
I feel upset, but not strictly hurt,
I've gained something from what I've lost,
But in the end, I feel the need to leave.

Despite the fact I've called it quits
Know that I still care the same
If I can I'll protect you
From the wicked souls of harm.

I may not be with you at all
But I can't stand and watch you fall
If I see someone give you trouble

I have tried to be the man,
Upon which, you could stand
Be it from my lifting you up,
Or support through moral means.

I've been the kindest soul,

The best I knew

Its as if this is coming from a young man I know and as though he is talking directly to me through you. You seem undoubtedly like the kind of guy I fall madly deeply in love with and then ultimately end up ffffffffffg up my chances of true love and happiness through my own idiotic and insane childish insecurities, WoW - now I'm speechless for once ,lol x
