[hometext] => Relevant to life...I don't know how many will relate to this, but I know I do.
[bodytext] => From across the sea I stared, throughout the day My eyes focused intent, in a longing way There across the sea it lied, a foreign land, But how I longed to be there, in familiar stand I dreamt and I wished, to know such joy, As such dreams would satisfy, this quiet boy Over a span of years I glanced and waited, Longing for the trip, I oft contemplated In a boring haze of grey sky and bitter night I would be overjoyed to feel that warm sunlight Until one day I built a boat, and sailed fast To leave my empty shell of home at last The sun smiled with me in optimistic glee To know at last I could be happy, feel so free I arrived and was enveloped with joyous sights As I was consumed by prestigious land and lights The beauty I knew of was waiting patient As I approached excited, yet hesitant For weeks I lived among the denizens Proud to be another of the citizens Until one day the clouds came in so grey, I recognized them, such a familiar day The day I had expected had not come around, To grace me with its presence on this ground I stood by myself, alone in quiet, In effort to sum it up, dare I try it "Here in the land I longed for warming mirth, I found nothing, but another day on Earth".
