That you would be the one I marry and have my kids with,

That our love would never stop growing like a chia,

Turns out you were just in love with the idea.

Everyone thought we were perfect for each other,

That we were set to forever be together,

That our love was as beautiful as a peacocks feather,

Turns out you got someone else that you find better.

You are the most important thing to me, like the last puzzle piece,

Our hearts would beat as one and would never cease,

Your love flowed through me easier then the air I breathe,

Turns out you don't feel the same way and decided to leave. [comments] => 4 [counter] => 137 [topic] => 22 [informant] => sdeezy17 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LostLove )

Sad but good writing.
If you want comments, you need to comment on others.

I agree with emystar! Keep on writing,
but reading and commenting on others
works is the best way to build friendships
here in this sharing community of writers.
Welcome to the club.
Blessings,
Robert Edgar Burns (Rob)

Love never departs its only the lovers. I love the love upon my lover and the love from my lover. my lover never departs me.
