I wait / want to learn how to love you
especially. . .
now that you are lightly fading. . . gossamer
. . . gone.

now that you've, somehow, been reborn
as visual poetry. . . unbreakable
your former symmetry, masked in dyslexic plagering, pandering

you still / steal words out from under & around my thickening tongue
gently, now, they choose to serve you by design. . .
forming lists of desirous fray, the autonomy of fearless confession
the fragility of wingless never-endings
woven, tirelessly, into the aura of our best mis-spent days.
a typographical equalibrium balances upon these elemental whispers
echoing back to me from your cavernous soul. . .
into this lost silence, vagires a host of seas surrendering,
rythmic to expansion
yielding essense in vast star chambers,
inspired & inspiring calm
to settle into vibrations of half-breath moments & tremble softly, there.

dear fragile, faceless valentina. . .
dearest puzzle dreamer. . .
a delicate box of voiceless caress awaits only you
as slow-motion madness covers me, as muted lips purse
ever nearer, ever ciphering over how to break the rules
(free ourselves) beautifully, into the unknown
into that ghostly lack & ash of sepia

I want to be, unwittingly, lost in traces of infinity with you

fear l e s s

falling. . .
beyond our empty orchestras
floating. . .
as sweet as a sybaritical butterfly
muse of that lovelier day
wherein hearts struggled,
tangled in the chaos / bliss of eclipsed fire & ice
a quiet space of no escape, no random noise
only sad eyes, burning of aversion
tongues frozen in detailed anti-thesis

I want to be free / to free you from this meticulous vice

b o n e s h a k e r

your detail's brilliantly marred
by the sad encroachment of sacrifice that you've become
soft death drafts weakness, murmurs sophisticate
wastes language in unspeakable syllables
coiled, waiting in a thousand tiny love-notes, suspended
upon freedom's placebo
a fatal / fetal ballet of gradient impression. . .
some forgotten un-spun dance
the pause of an old lover upon charcoal lips. . .
a layer unto itself
anorectic cherubium. . .
drowning like beggers in life's cup

drawing ever nearer

ever near

your misery kisses my forehead,
lightly touches my face & neck. . .
one hand, clinched tightly, behind it's back
& you bow to the challenge of ashes & ghosts
vow but dishonor echo. . . stain. . . dream. . . residue. . .
vowing to dream holes, gently into sorrow
to resurrect that last. . . to once again empty. . .
an autumn of silences & uncertainty
into everything I remember
into everything I am. . .
& we were. . .

as moth to flame

we plummet. . .

words were our weakness

Well done.
