[hometext] => A poem celebrating memorable villains from movies.
[bodytext] => Ode to Villains This is for all the bad guys, who’ve had their lows and who’ve had their highs. They always have more fun, even when on the run. They always think of the best things to say, even when things aren’t going their way. They are ugly and mean and usually get some sort of death scene. They range from Die Hard’s Hans Gruber, (who was far from super), to Hannibal the Cannibal Lecter, (who certainly belongs in this sector). Some are old, and, some are new, and for purpose’s sake: here are a few: At first, Mr. Bates, normal was he, but at the end he was a Psycho - as crazy as crazy can be; Baby Jane is such a pain - what ever happened to her?; The Wicked Witch of the West was a really big pest; Nurse Ratched was truly wretched - even the cuckoos were afraid of the nest; “Cruel” and “Evil” perfectly describe Cruella de Vil; As the Queen of Misery Miss Annie Wilkes would wilt a flower and she sure had a lot of fun keeping that man under her power; run and hide from Bonnie and Clyde; Khan, with all of his wrath and suave and sway, simply could not win that day; Mommie Dear, who you might keep close to your heart, brings fear, and will tear you apart;. All the interesting villains have all these qualities times millions. Guns and Grenades, and Sabers and Swords, someone should give these villains an award.
